ChildSafe.dev is a technology provider. RoseShield detects and scores potential harm to a child, applies the thresholds configured by the customer, and surfaces flagged interactions to the customer's designated safeguarding authority. All escalation, alert routing, notification, reporting and safeguarding decisions — including any statutory reporting obligation, and the characterisation of conduct under local law — rest solely with the customer as the responsible party and data controller. ChildSafe.dev acts as operator and processor.
